Return & Refund Policy — Weewhycrafts

We want you to love every rakhi and hamper from Weewhycrafts.

Handmade variation: Since each rakhi is handmade, slight variations in colour, bead placement, or thread shade are natural and not considered defects.

Damaged or wrong item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Non-returnable: Opened hamper boxes, used rakhis, and add-on consumables (roli-chawal, sweets) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
